Nitro Italian Cream Soda Float Non-alcoholic Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Cold water: 2 cups

  • Simple syrup: 1/4 cup

  • Flavored syrup (e.g., vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut): 2 tablespoons

  • Heavy cream: 1/4 cup

  • Whipped cream charger and dispenser

  • Ice cubes

  • Whipped cream: for topping

  • Maraschino cherry: for garnish

 

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with cold water.

  2. Attach the GoldWhip InfusionFizz machine to a Nitrous Oxide (N2O) tank. a) Fill the machine's chamber with the plain cold water. b) Securely attach the chamber to the machine. c) Press the button to infuse the water with Nitrous Oxide, creating carbonation.

  3. Pour the infused carbonated water into a serving glass.

  4. Add simple syrup and your choice of flavored syrup to the glass. Stir gently to combine.

  5. In a separate container, pour the heavy cream.

  6. Attach a whipped cream charger to a cream whipper according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  7. Charge the cream whipper with Nitrous Oxide by releasing the gas from the whipped cream charger into the container of heavy cream. Shake the whipper vigorously to incorporate the gas.

  8. Dispense the whipped cream over the top of the infused Italian cream soda in the serving glass.

  9. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

  10. Add ice cubes to the glass to keep the drink chilled.

  11. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful and creamy Nitro Italian Cream Soda!
