Ice: 4 cups
Matcha syrup: 80ml/2.7oz
Water: 1 cup
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Matcha green tea powder: 4 tsp (Adjust to taste)
Prepare Matcha Syrup: a) In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. b) Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. c) Reduce the heat and simmer for five minutes, then remove from heat. d) Stir in the Matcha green tea powder into the syrup and let it cool completely.
Fill four glasses with ice. Pour the matcha syrup evenly into the glasses.
