Lemon Lime Soda Recipe

Lemon Lime Soda


Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh lemons

  • 2 fresh limes

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 4 cups cold water

  • Sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon and lime slices for garnish

 

Equipment:

  • Citrus juicer or manual juicer

  • Pitcher

  • CO2 Soda machine with CO2 tank

  • Serving glasses

 

Method:

  1. Juice the lemons and limes using a citrus juicer or manual juicer to extract the fresh juice.

  2. In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, lime juice, granulated sugar, and cold water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  4. Attach the CO2 InfusionFizz machine to a CO2 tank. a) Fill the machine's chamber with the lemon-lime mixture. b) Securely attach the chamber to the machine. c) Press the button to infuse the mixture with CO2, creating carbonation and effervescence.

  5. Pour the carbonated lemon-lime mixture into the glass with ice.

  6. Top up the glass with sparkling water to your desired level of sweetness and carbonation.

  7. Stir gently to mix the flavors.

  8. Garnish with lemon and lime slices for an extra citrusy touch.

  9. Repeat the process for additional servings.

  10. Serve the refreshing Lemon Lime Soda immediately and enjoy the tangy and fizzy flavor.

Note: Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your preference. You can also add more lemon or lime juice for a stronger citrus flavor. Feel free to experiment with different ratios to achieve your desired taste.
